Working principle
The working principle of the multi-effect distilled water machine is based on the different working pressure between the evaporators, the pure steam generated by the first effect can be used as the heating steam of the next effect (the one-effect heating steam is the boiler steam) so that after the multi-effect heat exchange evaporation, the raw material water is fully vaporized, and the pure steam generated by the effect is cooled into distilled water in the heat exchange process. Thus to achieve the purpose of saving heating steam and cooling water.

Care and maintenance
1, check the drainage effect of the evaporator and the trap of the preheater every day, clean or replace the trap when the drainage is not smooth;
2, regularly check whether there are leaks in each part of the system, and whether each valve is intact; When stopping use, the water in the machine should be discharged clean;
3, check the pressure gauge and safety valve every year, lift the safety valve handle every month to check whether the safety valve is safe and effective;
4, when the production capacity is found to be reduced or the water quality does not meet the requirements, to be cleaned or pickling.
