Ultrapure water TOC remover is an advanced device for removing organic carbon (TOC) and inorganic carbon (IC) from water. It uses 254nm and 185nm dual-wavelength high-dose UV technology to oxidize and decompose organic matter in water into carbon dioxide and water by destroying residual ozone molecules in water and stimulating water molecules to generate hydroxyl radicals with strong oxidation ability, thus reducing the content of TOC in ultra-pure water.
