Working principle
The working principle of the multi-effect distilled water machine is based on the different working pressure between the evaporators, the pure steam generated by the first effect can be used as the heating steam of the next effect (the one-effect heating steam is the boiler steam) so that after the multi-effect heat exchange evaporation, the raw material water is fully vaporized, and the pure steam generated by the effect is cooled into distilled water in the heat exchange process. Thus to achieve the purpose of saving heating steam and cooling water.
 

 

Equipment characteristics
1, structural material: with distilled water, secondary pure steam in contact with the pressure vessel body, pipe using 316L, sealing material using PTFE. Other materials include 304 material for the frame;
2, three-stage separation device: the raw material water entering the equipment through downliquid membrane evaporation, gravity separation, special separation device three-stage separation;
3, electrochemical polishing: stainless steel surface electrochemical polishing, to ensure the quality of water for injection production, improve the service life of equipment;

With the increase of evaporator efficiency, this energy-saving effect is more obvious. At the same time, the amount of cooling water also decreased significantly with the increase of effect number.

From the most basic distilled water quality judgment and distribution, to more advanced such as continuous adjustment of each medium, linkage with storage systems, hierarchical password control and even to the control of evaporation changes, can be said to be meticulous;

Care and maintenance
1, check the drainage effect of the evaporator and the trap of the preheater every day, clean or replace the trap when the drainage is not smooth;
2, regularly check whether there are leaks in each part of the system, and whether each valve is intact; When stopping use, the water in the machine should be discharged clean;
3, check the pressure gauge and safety valve every year, lift the safety valve handle every month to check whether the safety valve is safe and effective;
4, when the production capacity is found to be reduced or the water quality does not meet the requirements, to be cleaned or pickling
