Work Principle
Work Process: Raw Water→Cyclone Desanding Equipment→Precision Filter→Impounding Reservoir→User
(Under certain ranges and conditions, the greater the water inlet pressure of the Desander , the higher the sand removal rate, and multiple sets can be used in parallel.)
First:Since the water inlet pipe is installed in the eccentric position of the barrel, when the water enters the equipment in an oblique tangential direction under a certain pressure, due to the different density of sand and water, the surrounding fluid is formed in the tangential direction around the barrel at first, resulting in strong rotational movement.
Second:When the water reaches a certain part of the cone, it turns to rotate upward along the axis of the cylinder, making the low-density water rise, and finally discharged through the outlet pipe.

Installing Attention
1. The cyclone desander should be installed on the main channel of the water supply network and fixed on the base, and a bypass line should be added between the inlet and outlet pipes.
2. In order to ensure the smooth flow of water, a straight pipe of equal diameter with the water inlet should be installed before the water inlet of the equipment, and the length is equivalent to 10-15 times the diameter of the water inlet.
3. Adequate maintenance space should be reserved around the equipment during installation.
4. Normal operation, need to open the inlet and outlet valves, close the blowdown valve and bypass Valve:
5.According to the amount of sand content of the source water regularly discharge sand decontamination, open the sewage valve when sewage, until the outflow of water can be, sewage process does not affect the normal water use of the system.
6. Close the blowdown valve after blowdown.
7. If the sand discharge pressure is insufficient, the valve at the water outlet should be closed.

The selection of cyclone desander must consider the treated water quantity, the diameter of the external nozzle, the working pressure of the pipeline, the raw water quality and the water quality requirements after treatment.
